Shipping

Orders ship within 1–3 business days from the United States via USPS or UPS Ground. Tracking is emailed when your label is created. Monthly Stack subscriptions ship free.

Returns

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on unopened boxes (you cover return shipping) or a credit on opened boxes, no questions asked. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost; just send a photo to hello@herculeshydration.com.

Subscriptions

Manage, skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account before the next billing cycle. Cancellation is effective immediately for future renewals; shipments already in process can be returned per the policy above.

FTC Compliance

In accordance with FTC guidance on subscription services, we email you a clear renewal notice before every charge, do not auto-enroll one-time purchasers, and provide an obvious cancellation mechanism in your account.
