1. Agreement

By accessing the Hercules Hydration website or purchasing any product from Hercules Hydration LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, ingredients, and prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing displayed is in USD and excludes applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, and cancel orders containing pricing or descriptive errors.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Payment is captured at the time of purchase. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly Stack subscribers are charged automatically every 30 days at the rate displayed at sign-up. You may pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account before the next billing date. We will email you before each renewal.

5. Health Disclaimer

Hercules Hydration is a dietary supplement. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if adverse effects occur.

6. Intellectual Property

The Hercules Hydration name, logo, packaging, copy, and patent-pending formula are the property of Hercules Hydration LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hercules Hydration LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the seller's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
